Listening to the voices of children in matters that affect them is a theme that has followed Robert Benjamin KC throughout his career.
As a solicitor, mediator, Justice of the Family Court, Commissioner and now Child Safety Reform Implementation Monitor, Robert has a long history of taking care of children through the law:
